Every Website Plan includes hosting on our own infrastructure, an SSL certificate issued and renewed for you, daily off-site backups kept for at least 30 days, email on your own domain, monthly update time for text, images, prices and opening hours, a first reply from a real person when you need support, and your client portal for analytics, invoices and update requests.
If something we built does not work as it should, fixing it costs nothing and uses none of your update allowance. The number of pages and extras such as a blog or advanced SEO depend on the plan — each card above lists exactly what it includes.
Anything beyond your plan is quoted first — at competitive hourly rates, or a fixed price for larger jobs — and nothing chargeable starts without your written approval.
Not the website itself — that is part of how a managed plan is priced. Your content, images, brand, business data and email are always yours, and so is your domain if you already own it.
If you leave, you can have a free export of your content and data, and you can ask us to quote for a buy-out or migration. Read how ownership works.
Nothing is charged when you order. We build the website first, and the first payment — including any setup fee on your plan — is taken once you have approved the finished site. After that you are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose.
Yes. You can ask to cancel at any time from your customer portal or by contacting us, with 31 days' notice. Your site stays up and supported until the date agreed. If you cancel before approving your website, you owe nothing for the work done.
Yes. You can ask to move to a different plan from your customer portal, and we confirm any price difference with you before anything changes.
Yes. We are based in Portugal and also work with businesses in the UK and elsewhere, remotely. Prices are shown in your currency where we support it, and VAT follows the rules for your country.
We quote for it first. Extra work is charged at competitive hourly rates — the rate depends on the work and who it needs — or at a fixed price for larger jobs, and nothing chargeable is started without your approval.
