Built first. Pay once you approve it.
Nothing is charged when you order a Website Plan. Your card is held securely by our payment processor, we design and build your website, and the first payment is only taken once you have approved the finished site.
If you decide not to go ahead before you approve it, you owe us nothing for the work we have already done.
Applies to Website Plans, under clause 12 of the Website Plan Terms. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.

Need to update text or images? Ask through your portal — it comes out of your monthly allowance.

How long does it take to build a website?
We contact you within one business day of your order to confirm your requirements and the next steps. Your first draft normally arrives within 10 business days of receiving your completed brief and the content we need. When you approve it, the first payment is taken and your site goes live.
The clock starts when we have what we need from you, not when you order. Unusually complex projects may get a different date, agreed with you in advance.
What do you need from me before you start?
Your completed brief (your business, your customers and the pages you need), your logo and any brand colours you already use, the words for your pages or detailed notes we can work from, photos you own or have permission to use, and access to your existing domain if you already have one.
After that, all we need is your feedback on the draft so we can finish it. The build starts when we have what we need, so having these ready is the quickest route to a finished website.
Do I need to write all the content myself?
You provide the words, images and logo, and we shape them into the website. If you would like us to write copy from scratch, that is quoted separately before any work starts.
Can I ask for changes to the design?
Yes. Before you approve the site you tell us what to change — that is what the review step is for. After launch, content changes come out of your monthly update allowance, and bigger changes such as a redesign are quoted first.
What if I want a one-off website that I own?
We can build one for a fixed, quoted price, and you own the custom work once it is paid for in full. See how the two routes compare.
Do you work with businesses outside Portugal?
Yes. We are based in Portugal and work with businesses in the UK and elsewhere, remotely. The process is the same wherever you are.
What happens if I need help after launch?
Open a support ticket from your portal or email us. On a Website Plan you get a first reply from a person within the response time for your plan, and anything we built that does not work as it should is fixed free of charge.
